Join us on Saturday 5th September for a very special day at Highlands Sports Centre as we celebrate Father’s Day and 6 months since we opened our doors! ❤️🥳

We want to bring our amazing community together for a day full of fun, food, family and sport — and everyone is invited! 🙌

🌟 ONE JOURNEY. TWO PASSPORTS.

Our Fit & Fun Passport is here! 📘

Every child attending Fit & Fun can collect their own physical passport at reception and start collecting stamps as they move, learn and grow.

Parents can also choose to join our digital progress tracking. It will give you a clearer picture of what your child is learning and how they are developing across movement, jumping & landing, balance & body control, floor movement, object control, participation and confidence. Our first assessment will take place in September.

And meet our three Highlands Sports Centre friends! 🦘🐻🐨 These animals will gradually become real characters for our little ones. You’ll start seeing them much more often as we develop some exciting new projects. Stay tuned. 👀

If your child attends Fit & Fun, collect their passport from reception. If you would like access to digital progress tracking, please also take an application form. Participation in digital tracking is completely optional.

We’re excited to bring everyone together for a little celebration!

It’s been 6 months since Highlands Sports Centre opened, and we’d love to celebrate this milestone with our HSC families and community. It’s also Father’s Day weekend, so we thought it would be a great chance to get everyone together and celebrate the dads too!

We’ll have:

🍿 A family-friendly movie
🌭 Sausage sizzle
🍿 Popcorn
😊 Lots of fun and time together

Everyone is welcome! Bring your family and friends and come spend a fun afternoon with us.

🥇 SPECIAL GUEST TRAINING THIS SATURDAY

This Saturday at 10:15 am, we’re excited to have Asadbek Karimov joining us on the mats at Highlands Sports Centre

His achievements include:

• 2026 Senior Australian Champion — 79 kg
• Silver medallist — 2024 U20 Asian Championships
• Bronze medallist — 2023 U20 Asian Championships
• Competitor at the Senior Asian Championships and U20 World Championships

With Coach Renzo travelling for competition this weekend, our usual Saturday BJJ adulta class will be replaced by a special wrestling session with Asadbek.

This is a great opportunity for our members to experience high-level freestyle wrestling, learn different setups and techniques, and train with an athlete who has competed against wrestlers from some of the strongest wrestling nations in the world.
