Yesterday we had our first pick of the season and today we are crushing and pressing!

I’ll certainly be getting my steps in and weights lifted over the coming few months 💪🏻

Now that I’m back at work and getting back into a routine, it’s time to start planning some me time!

Amazing energy and effort last night! We sparkled, jingled and sparkled a lot more 🤩

We discovered after class last night that a house across the road has a huge set up of Christmas lights….we had lots of fun!

Next week is our last class and it’s going to be an absolute awesome class you won’t want to miss.

$15 per person, cash or card.
