Despite the name, this class isn’t about age — it’s about the style.
Expect a slower, more controlled pace with a focus on stability, mobility and core strength.
You might be in your 30s and know this is exactly what your body needs. There’s no age limit — just movement that feels more supported.
This class is ideal if:
• Movement feels a little unstable
• Mobility feels limited or uncomfortable
• You’d like to slow things down and focus on control
[Advanced Flow]
At the other end of the scale is Advanced Flow — the most challenging class on the schedule.
Think:
• More resistance
• Longer holds
• More complex, strength-focused sequences
This class is best suited if you’re feeling strong, confident on the Reformer and ready to push your practice further. Yes — you’ll feel the burn.
