I accept. I do not judge. I do not dramatise. I let life's events come freely and I welcome the lessons they convey. I surrender. I let go. You don't have to identify with the situations, relationships or things about yourself that is not ideal and perhaps can not change. Choose to look at those things with compassion and loving acceptance. Give it a hug, and let it be. Fighting with yourself is never a constructive solution to anything.
