Hello everyone! As some of you know we are having renovations within our gym, we would like to officially inform you that we are closed, we will keep you updated with the progress of these renovations and inform you when we will be back open!

So just a reminder guys that the gym is not open on school holidays! So from the 22nd of September until the 7th of october we will be closed! But there are still a couple more days left of the school term for a couple more gym sessions! So pop in before or after school and we will see you there!

But for now please do not miss out on our Aeroga classes!! Every Wednesday morning at 7am. These classes start off with a little bit of cardio and a yoga cool down!

When you come into the gym you should now clearly be able to tell which staff is on duty, so please do not hesitate to come ask for help when your in or facility.

Having people there in the gym with you is always a good thing! If you want to try something new come ask the staff on duty or bring a friend to work out with you! It’s always good to have a spotter when lifting heavy weights! So please come in and bring a friend!

We’d like to hope everyone has had an amazing Christmas and is ready for the new year! We would like to let you know that the BCS Gym opens again on the 22nd of January. We have many trainers available and are particularly looking for people at the age of 18 or older. So please do not hesitate to message us and we can sort something out for next year!
