Peter Manesis, former member of the Australian Boxing Team is the man behind Manesis Fitness & Femme Physique. His aim is to transform men, women and children through fitness and food. Peter believes if people can achieve a healthier lifestyle they can lead longer and happier lives. Peter Manesis comes from a heavily trained background. He has trained as a fitness therapist, graduated from Fitness

Institute Australia and has been involved with Canberra Medical Ecology, doing health strategies on how to improve fat loss and health. Peter is a Power Plate specialist with Fitness Australia and was inducted into the Greek Australian Sports Hall of Fame in 2005. Peter was has been in the boxing industry over 17 years, ranked number 2 in the world as an Amateur in 1996 and was the number 2 professional in Australia in 2002.

Visiulisation one of the key things to success, try it. I won a silver medal at the "KINGS CUP" in Thailand a world boxing tournament. I faught two Russians and still got the silver medal 🥈 only a handful of Australians have accomplished that. Same goes with practice and movement it takes time to master.

When training both muscle groups within the same session, the body may struggle to fully engage both simultaneously, potentially leading to a diminished focus on either region.
