The Strong & Safe Camp 2.0 is coming this school holidays and self defence is a big part of what we do. Through our Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Bullyproof program, kids don't just learn how to move — they learn confidence, awareness and how to handle themselves when it matters most. On the playground and beyond.

Three action packed days.

We're back. And this time with more. 🖤

Introducing the Strong & Safe School Holiday Camp 2.0 — three action packed days of strength, conditioning and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu for kids aged 6–12, right here at Botany Fitness.

Last time around spots filled faster than we expected and we had a waitlist before we knew it. This time we're giving our community first access — so if your child loved the last one, or you've been waiting to get them involved, now is the time.
