The Notorious ‘UrbanRx Top Grade Squat Rack’ being put through it’s paces by during her tough home sessions.

RE STOCKED in 2 WEEKS!

Her workout was, 5 Rounds:
15 Cal Ski
12 Bar Muscle Ups
9 Burpee Touch
6 Deadball Over Shoulder.

The rack is extremely stable due to its size. The uprights are spanned by a sturdy chin-up bar that can be adjusted in height, handling loads up to 600kg 😲
