This 2-min workout works your whole body ⬇️

You don't need a gym or a long session to get a great workout. This workout routine is simple and easy to follow along.

If you do:
- 5 to 10 Bench Dips (great for your triceps and arms)
- 5 to 10 Knee Tucks (these fire up your core fast)
- 5 Assisted Reverse Lunges on each leg (amazing for your legs and balance)
- 5 to 10 Assisted Calf Raises (perfect for building stronger lower legs)

Then you'll have a short full body workout that builds strength, improves balance over time AND gets your whole body moving!

P.S. Go slow and focus on good form. You will feel it way more that way!

Save this and give it a try.

Sony or Marvel, please see this 😭 This is my audition tape to be the comic relief superhero in the next Spider Man movie!

I can even do my own stunts (kind of 😅)

Doing dishes just became leg day

If I have to do dishes anyway, my calves might as well work too 😂

Calf Raises strengthen your lower legs, improve ankle stability, and build calf endurance over time.

Two kinds of progress. One chore. Zero extra time. All from your kitchen sink.

We’ve been doing functional fitness all wrong.

This is what training at home actually prepares you for.

I’ve been doing leg raises to train hip mobility and control. I’ve been trying to be precise enough that I can hit a light switch with my foot. That’s real functional training, not just gym reps 👀

What’s the most practical thing your home workout has taught you?

2 stretches to do while water boils👇🏻

Save this for your next coffee or tea break!

Workouts don’t have to be long or ultra intense (or require a gym membership)

1 minute. Zero equipment.

That’s all it takes

By the time the kettle clicks, my back feels loose and my posture reset.

When your upper back gets stiff, your lower back works overtime and starts hurting...these stretches prevent that.

If you do:
- 10 thoracic rotations
- 10 cat cows

P.S. Try to focus on great form and getting the most from each exercise!

Follow for more home based quick workouts!

You didn’t lose it. You just stop practicing it.

I randomly tried the worm the other day.

I just wanted to see if I still had it.

It was a little rougher than I remembered, a little more uncertain if I’d smash my knees BUT it worked-ish and it got better on the 2nd attempt. (You’re seeing like the 4th attempt 😂)

And that got me thinking about how much stuff we can all still do that we’ve just quietly filed under “probably not…anymore.”

PSA: Almost everything you’re good at came through practice. Through putting in REPS.

You might not remember the training because at the time it was just having fun but you earned it through reps.

When you stop practicing, you get rusty.

Don’t like that trick you.

Rusty can feel like it’s gone.

Tell me if this sounds familiar.

You remember a thing you used to do. You try the thing once. It’s not very good and you decide that chapter’s closed.

But that’s just some surface rust. It just needs a little polishing.

You’re just out of practice.

And you’re probably more capable than you think!

A little warm up and a little practice goes a long way.

The first attempt is always the worst one. The second one is already better. This is not a motivational talk, that’s just how skills work. Muscle memory built 20 years ago needs a refresher too.

This isn’t really about the worm. It’s about whatever you stopped doing because you assumed you’d lost it.

The splits. Running. Touching your toes. Getting up off the floor without a bunch of sound effects. Whatever’s on your list.

You can probably still do a lot of it. You’re just rusty. And rusty you can fix.

What are you going to practice today?

Tell me below, I want to know what you’re picking back up!
