Men & Mental Health!

Lets be honest Guys, we Suck naturally when it comes to be honest,open & being Vulnerable.

It’s easier to talk Footy & have a Beer, forgot what people actually communicated with us.

I know, I’ve been there done that aswell

& I also know how much Pain & Suffering, Sadness, Loneliness & Depression there can be 😭

Hiding behind the Walls of what was really going on, I was Burying these Deep Emotions right within My Temple.

Feel like Crying right now as we Speak 😢

Trying to Escape with Coping Mechanisms including
Anti-Depressants,Alcohol,Masturbation,
Pain-Killers & many more

No Longer am I Living that BS Pre-tense Life,
Proudly being closer to my Femininity & Soul attention of making a bigger difference to not just Men, but Humanity aswell.

Even though I am the King of Fitness, I have learnt that Emotional Fitness is far more Important than Physical Fitness

Vulnerability is the new STRONG 👍🏽
