We're gonna turn the lights off, the music up and dance like no one is watching (because they're not, they're too busy having fun)! Combining three of The Jungle Body® Programs - TYGA®, KONGA® & BURN!, this Dance Workout will be like nothing you've ever done before. Our goal at TJB w/ Em is to have you dripping in sweat, laughing, smiling, and feeling sexy and confident in yourself. Our moves are easy to follow (only 4 steps per song so you will be nailing the routines in no time) and I promise you won't be able to stand still when you hear the music start, our playlists are FIRE!!!! All we care about is that you are having fun, losing yourself in the music, and moving your body in anyway that feels good to YOU. A workout suitable for EVERYONE, that doesn't even feel like exercising?!??!??! What are you waiting for? LETS GET IT!!!!!
