Western Sydney Speedway.

Overall decent night winning the first heat by a good margin.

Started 7th in the second heat and finished 6th

Was 6th in points and inverted the top 6 in the feature which put me off pole, led the first 10 laps with unreal pace until coming up to a few lapped cars and than had a 3 way battle for 1st until i made a mistake and got into turn 3 all wrong which caused me to spin.

Restarted 17th than the front 4 cars piled up into turn 1 on the restart, i found the rubber and drove back to 11th in the closing laps of the race.

Not how we’d like to have finished the night but that’s racing and you gotta learn to cop it on the chin when things don’t go your way.

Next scheduled race is Boxing Day for the Sprintcar Speedweek at Murray bridge Speedway.

Napa Speedway in the city. Adelaide.

A great week to showcase our sport, unfortunately with rain the last night got cancelled, still an enjoyable week nevertheless.

The trip down south couldnt have happened without Brett Hobson lending me his motor since the start of the season and his own mule to travel down and do these amazing shows the last week.

Huge credit goes out to all the people and organisations that put the effort in to make this temporary track happen, I hope it happens again next year as it shows our sport growing a strong audience each year.

Can’t thank the crew enough that swung spinners all week. Brad, Daniel and Cameron. And my mum that helped out every way she could even driving the hauler.

Highlight of the night on Saturday.

Unfortunately in the feature we started off 4th and in the opening laps had a part failure that caused us to DNF, counting my lucky stars that we don’t have to fix a whole car.

Next race scheduled is ACT Speedway on the 8th of November.
