Come along to the Bordertown Tennis club on the 1st of February for a free introductory Cardio Tennis lesson!

What is Cardio Tennis?
Cardio Tennis is a fun and social way to get fit and have fun with friends at the same time! Its not just about Tennis though, with a range of different activity's set up to push yourself with. Never played tennis before? That's perfectly fine this, lesson is is designed to be an introduction to tennis meaning it doesn't matter if your a pro or beginner everyone is welcome!

What do you need to bring?
All you need to bring is a water bottle, yourself and a friend. All racquets, balls and everything else with be provided on the day.

When, Who and How?
This class will be ran at the Bordertown Tennis Club on the 1st of February starting at 9:30am until 10:00am. It is ran by professional Tennis Coach Taegan White, so what are you waiting for? Grab a friend and come down for a fun and social hit!

And don't forget about the pickle ball introduction class after from 10:00am until 10:30am for something different.
