Rnd 3 of JKC 🪰

🪰Today at Loxton.
With a field of 36 Jnr lights (and 🪰the 36 million flies🪰) it was going to be an effort.

🪰Tyson did well to beat the carby🪰 gremlin in heat 1, after getting caught up in another's🪰 incident in heat 3 he did🪰 well to start from P11 in the final and finish P9. 🪰

Sorry 🪰for the flies in this post I just thought they had to have a place 😂 (like they🪰 had all day) 🏁

Round 2 of JKC

Yesterday Tyson had a pretty good day overall 👍.

Heat 1- Started P12 Finished P6
Heat 2- Started P2 Finished P4
Heat 3- Started P9 Finished P4
Heat 4- Started P5 Finished P4
Final Started P8 Finished P9

We'll done to all the Jnr Lights for some great racing and congratulations to the winners. 🎊

As Mum I'm always worried about reds for any race, and I'm super proud of ALL the competitors for a fantastic day of racing with NO reds. 👏

Awesome effort everyone. 👌

So... Been a bit slow with posting.

Here at YP for Rnd 1 of Junior Dirt Kart Championship.

Last weekend saw TJS go to Tatiara Kart Club for Grand Annual Dirt Kart Masters.
Tyson was the only one racing as Darryl needed to finish the kart set up due to Tyson growing another inch 🙄
He had a pretty good event even with a couple of DNF's and a gremlin in the carby.
Heat 1, 5-3
2, 10-DNF
3, 12-5
4, 3-DNF
5, 2-5
6, 13-7

Well yesterday wasn't our day 😭

In heat 4 Tyson had a great start from 7 made it up to 5th in a very competitive group, but he left the door slightly ajar which allowed another competitor to move up the inside and nudged him off the track for a DNF
This hurt his final starting position which in the bigger picture was still pretty good at 12th.
He started his final awesome made a couple of moves and also a couple of mistakes which left him finishing in 12th overall.

We'll done to Brayden on his first placing Max on his second placing and Oliver in third.

Busselton Kart Club put on a great event and they even turned the weather on for us 😊

Tyson is currently sitting in 4th before the last heat so he should get a good position for the final. 🤞🏁

While I've been playing with some pictures today,

That's day 2 done for us.
Tyson made an awesome effort to finish every race. He had great pace and made some awesome passes.

Started pole, shook the nerves off half way through and finished a comfortable third.
