Attention TASC sailors!
Tomorrow is the final race of the season. After sailing, head upstairs to the clubhouse to reminisce about the racing. Nibbles and snacks will be provided, and the bar will be open. 🍻⛵

Unfortunately, the weather gods unleashed some wild, blustery conditions that just weren’t compatible with 10 Foot Skiff sailing, so racing was abandoned on the final day.

Miss Marlene was crowned National Champions, while Handicap honours went to L'il Imp 3.

Day 2 of the 10 Foot Skiff Nationals continues at TASC! ⛵🍻

This is a true National Championship, with boats competing from NSW, Queensland, Perth and Victoria—bringing together some of the best and most historic skiffs in the country.

Race 1 was held yesterday (Friday) in very light conditions, with Miss Marlene taking the win on scratch from POL and L’il Imp.
Handicap honours went to L’il Imp, POL, and Miss Marlene.

Two more races today—starts at 11am and 3pm.

Day 2 of the 10 Foot Skiff Nationals is on at TASC! ⛵🍻

Come down and soak up the action as these incredible historic boats hit the water—true icons of sailing with plenty of stories behind them.

Grab a cold beer, relax, and take in one of the best views on Lake Macquarie.

The forecast south-easterly never arrived, and instead the Teralba fleet was hit by an unexpected easterly gale that caught sailors unawares. There were plenty of swims and, unfortunately, some damage to boats. A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers in the support boats for getting all our members back to shore safely.
