Don’t just count your laps… make your laps count.”
It’s easy to switch off at training and just go up and down the pool - but that’s not where improvement happens.
Every lap should have a purpose:

✔️ Think about your breathing
✔️ Keep your kick strong
✔️ Stay switched on
Even one focused lap is worth more than ten lazy ones.
