What sort of story are you living in?
Is it a tale of great discovery and adventure.
Has the hero found the plot twist of their hidden nobility? Found their golden treasure, which is not just for their gratification but turns into a self replenishing spring of wealth as they give it out?
We were all born with unique gifts that can inspire great purpose. And yet so many people lead lives of “quiet desperation”. Dissatisfied they go through the motions of life letting the bangs and scrapes of life keep their dreams small.
All adventures take courage. The path to our gifts and purpose leads right into our darkest most humiliating parts of our life. And so many don’t go. But the adventure is so worth it.... out there is life .... Abundant LIFE!!!
Complete with the felt sense of being fully alive. No need to medicate the ache with junk food and junk entertainment or any other escape.
Get curious what is out there? could this be true?
All great adventures have the exception the slipping out of time: the doorway in the back of the wardrobe, the crash landing on an in known planet , the shipwreck or being stuck in the lift.
These special moments become a time outside of time, where insight is possible. Where we can see clearly enough to imagine different ways of being.
Bush retreat day can be just that a time outside of time where you can be still enough to gain insight. And re imagine your story. Who knows it may just be the literal forest you find your treasure in.
It is very hard to imagine a different way to be when constantly doing things the same way.
Take a day out to explore your inner and outer landscape. All in the company of a guide who knows both terrains well and can help you notice things you may have walked past 1000 times and not realised they were significant.
