I’ve been a little quiet on here during our closure for the Boonah Show, and while taking some much needed time out for myself to reset.

I’m so happy to say the studio will begin its own little reset and setup over the coming few days 🤎

I’m really looking forward to rolling back into the studio rhythm. Classes start back this Thursday evening, and sessions will begin appearing on the app from tomorrow, so you’ll be able to book in again soon.

The month of M A Y {events} 🤎

A few gentle moments to mark…

Autumn Gathering
Saturday 9th May
5–7:30pm
An evening to honour the shift into autumn and the metal element; a time of letting go, refining, and returning inward.
We’ll begin with Qi Gong with Wendy, move into Yin Yoga with Laura, and share a simple, warming meal of soup and bread together.
A space for connection, nourishment, and an intentional pause.
No experience needed.

Monthly Sound of Being
Friday 15th May
6pm, 90 min
An immersive sound experience guided by Laura.
Layered tones, meditation and breath guiding you into deep rest; a practice of receiving, softening, and settling the nervous system.

In Chinese medicine this is Metal;
a time of refinement,
discernment,
and letting go.

A time to soften our grip,
to clear space,
to notice what we’ve been carrying…
and what we’re ready to release.

Not everything is ours to hold.

Through breath, gentle movement,
and shared space,
we come back to simplicity.
Together.

Our Sound of Being ritual returns this Friday 🪶

An evening to step out of the noise and into stillness.

Through layers of sound and gentle resonance, we create space for the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and the nervous system to unwind.

This session is intentionally unhurried, with time to arrive, rest, and integrate.

Come as you are. No experience needed.
Mats & props provided, with the option to bring anything that helps you feel supported.

A place to land, to listen, and to simply be.
