Mid Coast Convicts take 3rd at SUPER 7s PAINTBALL Round 3 🏆🥉

Not a win but the team is tracking positively; going from 5th to 4th and now a 3rd for the year!

Improvements no matter how small are still improvements, and it was definitely reflected on the field this weekend with the team winning some very hard fought games against some very strong teams ⚔️

With only one more event to go for this season, the team will be setting the bar ever higher as we lock back into our training schedule. We're on the podium now, time to climb it 💪🏻

As always, thank you to Mike, John, Adam and all of the staff and reffs from Action Paintball that helped to make this event possible. Thanks to all of the other teams for turning up and a big congrats to TRY IT AND SEE and Immortals for taking out 1st and 2nd place 🏆

Convicts: Breakout took out a 4th place finish last weekend after taking a Semi-Final loss to another great, young team of killers the Young Beamers.

The team had great a weekend, finishing the event with 6 Wins and 3 Losses. This result means that the team is currently sitting at 3rd out of 10 teams on the Series leaderboard, which is an amazing effort for such a young team in their debut Super7s series.

It has been awesome to watching our young players continue to improve and develop their skills every round.

I would like to give a big thank you to the big dogs that helped us to achieve this result this weekend WOOF WOOF: Joey, Jack, Damon, Azza, Kate, Brandon, Bec and Bri. Having the opportunity to teach and develop these young players has been one of the most rewarding things i have done and I'm so glad you have all been a part of that with me. To be able to see there successes on the field and to hear the stories from them about how you all have helped them improve means a lot to me, and I'm sure a lot to them as well. Thank you all for your help this round.

The Convicts: Breakout team is currently sitting at 2nd Place in the prelims seedings with 5 Wins and 1 Loss at the end of Day 1 of the SUPER 7s PAINTBALL Planet Eclipse Open

CONVICTS: BREAKOUT 2ND PLACE AT Super 7's Paintball Series RND 2 AMATEUR 🏆🥈🎉

What an event for our Amateur team this round! Dominant all through the prelims, the team came out as the 2nd place seed after the prelim games. In their Semi-Finals match they ran up a controlled 4-0 win against a dynamic OG Boys roster before moving on to play Wait & See in the Finals.

After and intense back and forwards battle, the match went into overtime, and sadly after some big match winning moves, Wait & See came out on top.

Although the team came just short of the top spot, this event was a monumental achievement for our young roster. The growth and confidence that we have seen come out of our players this round was amazing to see. After a 5th place in Round 1 3 months ago, it is mind blowing to see how far our players have come in such a short amount of time.

A 2nd Place loss in an overtime finals match is about as close to the top spot as you can get without taking it all, and for those of us that play this sport know; to be so close just to fall short only fire's you up more for the next event!

The Breakout kids will be back for the next event, fired up and more hungry then ever! Can't wait to see you all then!

The Convicts: Breakout team has been killing it today at the Super 7's Paintball Series, taking 4 Wins (3 Mercy Wins) and 1 Loss in our first 5 prelim games, putting the team at 1st place currently on the scoreboard.

They have 4 more prelims games to be played tomorrow morning before they look at moving on to Finals 🤞🏻

Special mention as well to the Young Beamers who gave the team one of the most exciting games of the day. Definitely hope we can match up again in the finals ⚔️
