With Monday being the Ekka public holiday I was just wanting to see how many are interested in training on Monday. If I have enough interest we will run one class at 8.15am. Please comment below if you are planning to train.👍💪👊

Good Afternoon Crew,

Unfortunately due to Tammy having COVID and Glenn running courses for the council we will have to cancel all classes until next Wednesday the 13th. Classes will resume at normal School Term times of 5.30am and 9.15am. We apologise for the inconvenience and look forward to seeing you all next week.

School holidays are upon us.
Just a reminder that we always have revised times during the holidays so that everyone can make the most of their time off.

All 9:15 sessions are now at 8:15am (starting with Monday 27th June).

5:30am sessions will stay the same.

There is only one day where we are not able to run any sessions and that is Tuesday 28th June.

Looking forward to seeing everyone and if you are enjoying some time away, have fun.

Morning Crew, just a reminder that Mondays are now an outside class. Please meet me in front of the AFL Club building, oval side. That is the brick building to the left of COBRA. Bring a towel, a workout mat if you want, a hat and water. The grass will be wet so be prepared 😝👍See you soon crew.

Hi All, just a reminder that from tomorrow Friday the 8th until next Thursday all 9.15am classes will commence at 8.15am.
We will then close on Friday for the Easter long weekend. We will reopen and commence classes at the normal time of 9.15 on Tuesday the 19th April when school returns.

Morning All,

Just a reminder to stay home from training if you are unwell at all. We understand that you are all dedicated to your training and miss it when you can’t attend, but research shows that training with cold and flu symptoms can in fact be detrimental to your recovery. Look after yourselves and others and please stay home until you are well again!
