Mark your calendars — Tuesday 6th October 2026, we're kicking off the season at Bribie Island Aquatic Centre!

🎉 Races run every Tuesday during Term 4 & Term 1

Whether your little fish is a total beginner or ready to race, everyone's welcome — suitable for swimmers aged 4+ who can swim 12m unaided.

All committee positions will be made vacant and we would love to see some fresh faces get involved. Whether you're a long-time member or new to the club, your ideas, enthusiasm and support will make a real difference.
Remember, this is your club, and many hands make light work. The more people who get involved, the stronger and more enjoyable our club becomes for everyone.

Huge thanks to the team at The Lakes College Swim Club for hosting us for a fun packed inter club meet! We had a fantastic time, and it was such a wonderful opportunity for so many of our little swimmers to compete in an outside meet in such a welcoming and friendly environment.

Congratulations to all of our swimmers who competed! You were all superfish, and I was bursting with pride watching you step out of your comfort zone for the first time and have so much fun doing it. You should be so proud of yourselves.

Huge congratulations to Ryder, Lexi, Fraser and Evie who all competed at the Speedo National Prep Meet & Jess Schipper Challenge over the weekend. All of them competed hard and had some fantastic results and Pb’s.
Special mention to Fraser who qualified to go through to states and Ryder, who achieved a massive 10sec pb in his 100m Free , winning him the Gold Medal and title as the 2026 Jess Schipper 100m Freestyle Champion!!!🥇
Such an impressive performance from these superfish! Well done kids 🙂

Huge congratulations to Fraser who will be heading to Nationals!!
Fraser headed to the Gold Coast this weekend in the hopes of achieving a qualifying time for Nationals this season and she did it!!
She managed a huge PB with a time of 1:01.80 in the 100m Freestyle and that smile says it all!! All that hard work and dedication paid off.
Congratulations Fraser, we are so proud of you!!

Bribie Island Swimming Club would like to sincerely thank City of Moreton Bay for their generous support through recent grant funding.

This funding has enabled our club to purchase medals and ribbons for our End of Season Presentation, allowing us to properly celebrate the hard work, commitment and achievements of our swimmers throughout the year. It has also assisted us in upgrading essential equipment, helping to improve the quality of club nights and competition experiences for all our members.

Community support like this makes a meaningful difference to grassroots sport. We are incredibly grateful for the ongoing investment in local clubs and young athletes within our region.

Thank you, City of Moreton Bay, for supporting our swimmers and our community.
