Our Academy of Motion classes and Personal Training sessions will move you safely towards your goals in a fun, motivating, and friendly atmosphere. Our on-site Clinic with Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation specialist, and masseuse use a movement-based approach to free you from pain, rehabilitate injuries and maximize your performance. We look at you from the ground up, as a dynamic individual. We combine manual therapy and movement drills to treat the dysfunctional patterns that are the cause of your pain.

Did you know dehydration can negatively impact your health and exercise performance? 👎

Make sure you’re staying hydrated before, during and after training to allow yourself to perform to the best of your ability and avoid fatigue!🚰

Drink a MINIMUM of 8 glasses of water a day however you may need to drink more than this based on a number of factors including the individual themselves, the duration and intensity of your sessions and also the temperature you’re training in; so remember to drink more on those hot sunny days! 🔑

Meet Karl, our new resident Strength & Conditioning and Rehab Coach 👋

Karl has travelled from Scotland over to Sydney to play rugby for .marlins.rugby alongside continuing his strength & conditioning career! 🇦🇺✈️🏉

Karl has a Masters Degree in Strength & Conditioning and a wealth of coaching experience, having worked with a variety of aspiring & professional athletes in the UK, most recently for The Scottish Institute of Sport, where he coached , & athletes preparing for National and International competitions, including European and World Championships, Commonwealth Games & Olympic Games!🏆

Karl has 10 years experience coaching, over 15 years of experience training and has previously competed in powerlifting, strongman & weightlifting competitions 🏋️‍♂️

In addition to coaching our daily Academy of Motion small group PT classes, Karl will also be offering 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions at Third Space Health, here in Bondi📍
