This week’s Client of the Week goes to Michael! 👏
If there’s weight on the bar, Michael wants to know if he can lift more of it. His approach to training is simple—work hard, keep improving, and don’t shy away from a challenge.
Training three times a week, Michael consistently pushes himself in every session and has made some huge gains in strength as a result. His commitment doesn’t stop there either, regularly coming in on Saturdays to get extra training done on his own.
While lunges are far from his favourite exercise (and he’ll happily let us know that 😅), he still gets stuck in and gets the job done every time they’re programmed.
Michael brings great energy to the gym, is always up for a laugh, and has been a pleasure to coach. His consistency and self-motivation are a great example of what it takes to keep progressing.
