My philosophy is simple:
Train the way you want to live! I will never put anyone through an exercise that I would not be doing myself in my own personal training. Work hard and show you care in the effort and preparation you are willing to put in. Smile at failures and earn growth from not being an expert in everything, if you have the ability to learn and improve each day, then each day is exciting.

Welcome Home World Champion Cody Coombe.

This last weekend, Cody and his Family travelled to China to compete in the Spartan Kids World Championship.

Cody, age 12, was up against the best athletes for his age across the world in this gruelling 6km course. Coming into the back half of the race he took a tumble which caused both knees to split open and crack to his head. Defying the pain barrier, He picked himself up and kept motoring through the course to place first. An impressive win and we are proud to be associated with Cody and his family.

Well done young man.
The future is exciting!
