F45 Training Bondi Our mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive fitness environment for the Bondi community. F45 Training is the new way of training.

A group training experience that can only be described as unique, innovative, dynamic and most importantly FUN! With the blend of business acumen and PT genius, F45 has all the systems, structure and controls in place. F45 is a cult; it has to be experienced to believe. So much so, the brand has now trained Ricky Martin, Joel Madden, and Nicole Richie to name a few. F45 Training Bondi is the first gym in Australia to combine a traditional gym with F45 Training. The end product is outstanding.

Earth is the element of grounding. Warmth softens the body and steam softens the mind - that steady heat where muscles release and the nervous system eases.

Earth colours and natural textures shape the Bathhouse, reminding the body to settle, anchor and return.

From here, the temperature continues to rise, another element that forms the ritual and rhythm of 38° The Bathhouse.

Officially launching 1 December.

Cold is where the ritual begins.
3 degrees to ground the breath, reset the system and return the body to presence. From this place of clarity, something familiar evolves.

Over the next week, you’ll see the Bathhouse transition to our new name — a reflection of the temperature at the centre of everything we do and everything we offer: 38 Degrees The Bathhouse.

We’re returning to the heart of the experience we built.
