MÛVE FOR BREAKFAST
Tomorrow is the 1st of March 💎 A new month, a new day, a new start. So come join a new Mûvement in North Bondi as we Mûve for Connection, Community, Change & Freedom.
Our Mûve instructor founder of will be taking you through a new way to fitness to not just feed your body and mind but also your spirit through an interactive workout that closes with breath work, a March manifestation and cool dip in the ocean.
🌊 What: Beach Workout & Manifestation
⏰ When: Saturday 1st March
🗓️ Event: Arrive 6:15am / Start 6:30am

📍 Where: Meet Campbell Parade Outdoor Gym, North Bondi (Workout will be on the beach).
🩱What to Bring: Yourself, gym gear, swimmers (if you want to dip at the end) towel, water, and a change of clothes.
🩵 Donate: You can choose to donate to our charity in fighting child trafficking either via event link or the Destiny Rescue link in Bio.
☕️ Walks & Talks : Post event we welcome you all to walk & talk your way to ‘The Depot’ for coffee and chats.
