The definition of a community: “the condition of sharing or having certain attitudes and interests in common.”

We like to say we have a community of likeminded people, all keen to improve their fitness, their health and their general wellbeing while learning how to box, how to protect themselves and how to fight… but in reality, our coaches and students are not just a community, they’re friends - helping each other grow, being there for each other, making each other feel like they belong and forgiving each other when they mistakenly land a punch on their face.

Had a great little dinner yesterday! Thank you for everyone that came!
