Most people think they’re “tight.”
So, they stretch more…
push harder…
hold longer…
And somehow…
they don’t get more flexible.

Here’s what’s actually happening:
Your body isn’t stopping you because your muscles are short.
It’s stopping you because it doesn’t feel safe.
That “wall” you hit?
