I don’t recommend things lightly. But I do recommend Marie Forleo’s B-School training and when I do, I often receive questions like this! ⬆️ Which I love.

Look, I’ve been in business for 13 years. I’m not interested in hype. I’m interested in what lasts. I know you are too.

So when someone asks if B-School is too polished and over-marketed, I get it, it’s super shiny. Does it deliver depth as well?

I recently wrote about the five foundations that have sustained my 13-year business (comment BLOG and I’ll link you up) and this training is one of them. It taught me how to be a CEO on top of being a coach and creative.

I’m grateful for these teachings and happy to pass the love on. As affiliates, and I can support you in your B-School experience with mentoring, a marketing audit, access to our courses and much more.

Comment BIZ to learn more. And keep the questions coming! Enrolment closes this week. X

I love living by cycles. By dates marked by saints and societies for centuries, lunisolar systems and seasons; beginnings and endings measured by the moon and sun, the light and dark of our days.

(Though I’ll admit I’m still adjusting to how it works when everything is opposite in Australia 😝 we’re going into autumn while the rest of the world gets going, moving closer towards the spring equinox, waking up! It’s weird!)

It’s true what they say: you can begin again on any day. But some days do have a certain *something* 🌛

If “new beginnings” are calling in your business as well as your spirit, B-School enrolment is open this week. I’ll pop details and a Q&A in stories.

Blessings to you, friends. However you celebrate this moment in the year. X

Ummmm huge YES to a 2016 throwback because I made some big, brave decisions in 2016 that genuinely shifted the tectonic plates of my life and business.

In January 2016 I left Perth and drove across Australia to move to London, which became my home for nearly the next decade.

I typed up my Adore Your Cycle eBook while driving across the Nullarbor (yes, really), before celebrating my parent’s 60th birthdays with the coolest dress up party ever ☮️

Fuelled by what felt like an inner wildfire to share the work I’d been doing with clients, I taught Adore Your Cycle workshops in Melbourne, Sydney, Albury, London and then Paris… at a time when very few women were even talking about menstrual cycles, let alone “adoring” them ❤️

Lacey and I attended the Hay House writer’s workshop ft. Julia Cameron (!!) and I wrote a book proposal that led to my first book being published a few years later.

I fell completely in love with the charms of London. I turned 30. I took my camera with me everywhere I went. I got the moon and wild woman archetype tattooed into my skin and crossed the threshold from Maiden to Mother, birthing a new life, a new body of work and the next era of my business.

And… I was also learning about relationships. About my needs. About what I would and would not tolerate.

My friendships in London became my chosen family, the people who are still at the top of my WhatsApps every single day. We cycled across a v quiet London on Christmas Day 2016, my first London winter; a season that taught me to love the cold and the dark as much as I love the sun.

I love 2016 me. I am honestly in awe of her courage 😍

I know how scared she was about moving across the world, about whether her business would support her, about whether people would really be that into all this period talk she couldn’t shut up about. (Spoiler alert: they were lol)

But she did it anyway.

And she led me here! To the man I love, the work I adore, the friendships I cherish and a relationship with my body, cycle and creativity that continues to feel like the greatest gift from God.

May 2026 feel just as colourful, as possible and as SWEET 🍯 (

It’s a common misunderstanding that the bliss some of us feel during our bleed is caused by menstruation itself — or by an oxytocin release directly linked to uterine contractions. As lovely as that sounds, it’s not quite accurate.

Oxytocin isn’t released just because you’re bleeding.
It’s released when the conditions are favourable, it’s a relational hormone, available when we feel safe and nurtured and the nervous system softens. (And yes, I know oxytocin plays a big role in labour but applying that logic to menstrual contractions is over-extending the comparison, imo.)

But here’s what I find liberating:

Menstruation 🩸 doesn’t create the softness, it helps remove the gatekeeping.

For many women, bleeding makes it easier to accept the invitation to rest. To seek warmth and nourishment and a kind of slowness. That’s when the tenderness and sweetness arrive.

This state isn’t exclusive to menstruation! And as someone with a history of on-and-off menstrual pain, I find it incredibly useful to know that same blissful state is available at other times too, whenever I can create similar conditions.

For many people, this time of year offers a similar removal of obstacles. Not for everyone. But if you notice a free afternoon or a quiet morning appear this festive season, by golly I invite you to take it.

Breathe. Lie on the earth or your bed. Smell something sweet. Get off screens. Hug a loved one for extra long. Stay warm. Eat well. Take a little longer than you normally would. See how you go?

And so friends, I’m on cycle day 2 today, signing off from bed for the holiday break!

Wishing you a slow, soft, sweet end to the year. Big love to you all. See you in 2026. X

Friends, I’m thrilled to share that I’m speaking at the Flow! Summit this week, a global online gathering happening from 11th - 17th November 🩷 alongside teachers such as Joe Dispenza, Byron Katie, Deepak Chopra, Lee Holden, Debra Silverman, Peppe Curto and more.

Yeah, amazing lineup! Truly. But what I’m most excited about is bringing menstruation into conversations about spirituality, personal growth, connection and mindfulness, because imo it absolutely belongs there 😍

It’s all 100% completely free for you to join, which is lovely, and you’ll gain access to 60+ mentors and teachers who are coming together for one of the largest global events for spirituality and personal growth.

My talk/practice will explore:
♥️ the inner seasons of the menstrual cycle
✍️ the foundations of cycle charting
✨ how aligning with your body’s rhythm really can open the door to more creative flow, spiritual connection and self-trust

Again, it’s 100% free to join for a week of inspiring talks, meditations, practices and workshops.

Comment FLOW and I’ll send you the link. 💋

October was jacarandas and IVF and a nervous system settling into a new home with strange sounds and the sweetest community garden down the street. It was a renaissance of my love for my job; a remembering of how lucky I am to work and create every day on projects that are meaningful to me. It was a new podcast! Long-form content and books for the win, always. It was a new sauna project and collaborations and embracing allopathic medicine in the treatment of endo and being surprised by how delightful it was to soothe my pelvis this way, after avoiding it for so many years. It was the utter delight of scouring antique stores for silverware and sitting in the sunshine to eat salmon cooked on a cast iron pan. It was a new church and family time and quiet mornings. It was hay fever and a big chapter ending and my first Aussie spring in a decade (see: hay fever). It was feeling my aliveness thrum in my body again, the longest exhale, a settling of my cells — a most joyful and peaceful month. 🥰

39 and feeling fine! ✨ But like, actually. My biggest feeling this birthday is one of gratitude. Thank God I’m still here!

I still get to eat blueberries and listen to Carole King and wonder what colour to paint my toenails. I still get to watch my lover’s eyes crinkle when we laughs and lie topless in the sun. I still get to hope for the future, my own and yours; ours.

I felt all of this and more so solidly this week.

This past year for me has been about reckoning with limitations and possibilities, getting up close with both grief and hope. It has been tough. It has been beautiful. There’s something about getting older that reveals what may not be possible in this lifetime… but of course we still dare to imagine what could be, right?

It’s been a year of transition and standing in the doorway of the next chapter, peeking around the corner, wondering when it’ll be time to enter. Lining things up in anticipation of what’s to come.

As David Whyte writes:

“Our human essence lies not in arrival, but in being almost there: we are creatures who are on the way, our journey a series of impending anticipated arrivals.”

And so I’m okay this birthday with being almost there, not fully arrived, no neat and tidy bow — but instead a very very beautiful and rich life for which I’m so grateful. So so grateful. I love this life. Thank you for being apart of it!! 🩷
