Fascial Maneuvers can be practice anywhere at any time. Once you learn them, you can self heal right when you need it. The overhead elbow talk is one of my favourites and it opens up your side and rib cage to enhance breathing.

Many of us forget to take a breath throughout the day and once you bring your attention to it, I bet you’re holding your breath right now. So this maneuver is giving a bit of self-love to your lungs and diaphragm and helps reduce anxiety as this area opens up.

You’re juggling so much and the whole world feels like it’s on your neck and shoulders.

I have big news, I am dropping everything that I’ve been working on for the last few years, including the books. When you feel a strong pull towards something that you feel is an alignment with who you are and your goals, you run to it. That is what Fascial Manoeuvres are for me.

In two weeks, I’ll be teaching my very first class at our local community Centre and I’m now available for 1:1’s. I have a beautiful community of fellow coaches around me and it feels so very in alignment with who I am, what my past has taught me and the future I want.

i’m about to have a lot of fun figuring out who I am amongst all of this. I know there’ll be more books in the future because I love to create, but for now my focus is on this.

I’m feeling this incredible sense of relief as I’ll be dropping everything else, slowly changing my algorithm and everyday life, making my dreams a real reality.

I have been through hell and back the last six or seven years. I have been broken mentally, emotionally, physically, energetically. The ultimate university of life and now I alchemise all of that into my life purpose of helping other people.
