What makes a good pull-up…

An exercise that takes a lot of consistency and practice to get good at.

• Start in a true dead hang
• Set your shoulders down and back
• Drive your elbows down toward your hips
• Lead with your chest
• Keep your core & glutes tight to stop swinging
• Control the descent
• Use full range of motion every rep
