Introducing JSR Boards 🌊🤘🏻🏄‍♂️

A NEW SMALL LOCAL BUSINESS OFFERING SURFBOARD HIRE AND SURF LESSONS TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY - TAKING EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

JSR Boards is a new local Surf and Recreation Business offering surf lessons over the summer break. If you’re looking to learn a new skill, get outdoors and have fun - Joey, the business owner, will be organising surf lessons which will be understandably weather and surf condition dependent (beginner friendly conditions only) and we are looking at offering one session a day - for example, 8-11am or 2-5pm. We are now taking bookings for December 2025 through to January 2026.

Any parents interested in booking in their children please contact us directly to enquire and pre book. The surf lessons will take place at prime beaches local to the area. The chosen surf locations are Hawks Nest and Seal Rocks. If you’re looking to support a new local business please reach out. Bookings require 5 participants minimum to make the group lessons viable. We are open to offering transportation if the group is big enough- i.e a mini bus.

Surfboard hire is always available throughout the week at our business location 633 Bombah Point Road, Bombah Point 9am-5pm (except for Saturdays when we are closed). Drive through pickup and drop off is available.

Surfboard hire can be for a couple of hours, half a day or even a full day.

Merry Christmas from the JSR family, we are open all public holidays, feel free to come and pickup a surfboard for hire if you plan on hitting the waves 🌊 🎄✨

We will be out and about with our pop up shop tomorrow at Hawks Nest (or should we go to Seal Rocks? 🪨) and we will have board hire and surf lessons available.
