Our SUMMER BOOST CHALLENGE WINNERS!

1st place- Lauren Legge- Lauren lost 11.2kg and a huge 8.1% body fat

2nd place- Alex Legge- Alex lost 9.3kg, and 8% body fat.

3rd place- Callum Collins- Cal maintained his weight, gained an impressive 3kgs of muscle and dropped 4% body fat.

Congratulations to all our members who took part in the Challenge- as a studio we collectively lost over 100kgs!!

Well done team, your Coaches couldn’t be more proud of all of your efforts.
