As part of your cert IV in Outdoor Leadership you are required to plan an run a whole activity session.

To be a professional outdoor guide you need exicute this to a high level. Briefings, risk management, ratios, emergencies procedures, permissions, communications + a whole lot more all need to be planned and documented. The Cert IV in outdoor leadership guides you through this process 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Celebrating brand new certificate III graduates🎉🙌🏽

We do our graduation’s outdoors with virgin margarita’s because when your becoming an outdoor leader, you practice what you preach and take any opportunity to grab the benefits of jumping outside.

Not everyone could make the graduation, they did have a good excuse though…… They already have found jobs!

Been a really special group of students! Some will continue on to the cert IV upgrade. Others will probably spread out to some of the amazing local outdoor guided experience providers like .experiences just to name a few legendary local providers.

If a picture tells a thousand words we want our students logbooks full of happy snaps by the time they graduate! We also hope 10, 20, and 30+ years later in industry they can look back at where there journey begun 📸📸📸
