Join us this Saturday at Jubilee Oval as the Boggabri Kangaroos take on the Kootingal Roosters for our annual Old Boys Day!

🏉 Junior Roos kicking off from 9:00am through until Reserve Grade
🏉 Ladies League Tag – 1:45pm
Kootingal Roosters vs Narrabri Blues
🌭 Old Boys BBQ from 8:30am – all past players, current players & supporters welcome.
🍔 Full canteen open from 9:00am

💚💛 100 GAMES FOR THE ROOS 💛💚

Last night, Ben Haire celebrated an incredible milestone, running out for his 100th game in the green and gold of the Boggabri Kangaroos. 🦘🏉

Ben’s connection to the club runs deep. He first pulled on a Boggabri jersey as a 5-year-old in the junior ranks and has proudly represented the Roos ever since.

Fourteen years ago, Ben was one of the driving forces behind the return of senior rugby league to Boggabri, constantly pestering Doggsie to help get the Kangaroos back on the field in 2013. The club we have today owes a lot to the passion and determination of people like Ben.

Over the years, he has become a respected and experienced player whose dedication, loyalty and commitment to the club have never wavered. Whether on the field, around the sheds or supporting the next generation of Roos, Ben has always bled green and gold.

Pictured with his father Greg Haire and First Grade Coach Shane Rampling, this milestone is a proud moment for Ben, his family and the entire Boggabri Kangaroos community.

Congratulations on 100 games, Ben. Thank you for everything you have contributed to the club and community. Here’s to many more memories in the green and gold! 💚💛

A huge congratulations to Will Devine on making his First Grade debut for the Boggabri Kangaroos last night! 🦘

Will has been a proud Kangaroo for many years and has consistently shown his commitment, dedication and passion for the club. It’s always special to see one of our own progress through the ranks and earn the opportunity to pull on the First Grade jersey.

Pictured with his mum and First Grade Coach, this is a moment Will and his family can be incredibly proud of.

Round 7 Results | Boggabri Kangaroos vs Moree Boars 💚💛

The scoreboard wasn’t in our favour on Saturday night, but the effort shown by our boys certainly was.

A huge credit must go to our Reserve Grade side who travelled with just 13 players, with several backing up to play First Grade as well. Special thanks to Rodney Stanford-Lamb, Lachie Chandler, Clayton Bruce, Andrew Cameron and Levani Vosalevu for playing both grades for the club.

As injuries took their toll throughout the night and our numbers became even thinner, the boys continued to dig deep, push through and give everything they had for their teammates and the jersey. The final scores don’t truly reflect the heart, determination and effort shown by this group.

Thank you to our players, coaching staff and supporters who made the trip to Moree. We regroup, recover and go again. 🦘💚💛

After a couple of weeks away from the paddock, the Roos are back in action! 💚💛

Round 7 sees us make the trip to Moree for a night game against the Moree Boars at Boughton Oval.

🏉 Reserve Grade — 4:00pm
🏉 First Grade — 5:30pm

🚌 Bus departs Boggabri RSL at 12:30pm and Narrabri McDonald’s at 1:15pm.
💵 $5 per person — CASH ONLY.

Let’s get behind the boys and make plenty of noise in Moree! 🦘
