The Gymnastics NSW Youth Council is proudly partnering with Ronald McDonald House Greater Western Sydney to support families facing some of life’s toughest challenges!

This Saturday at the 2026 State Championships, the Youth Panel will be collecting donations from 12–3pm, including snacks, pantry items, women’s deodorant, and toys for children staying at the House.

We’re so proud to see our Youth Council leading with purpose and creating a positive impact both inside and outside the gymnastics community! 👏

Happy Mothers Day to all the mothers who help make the world go around! We appreciate you for all that you do! Thank you for all the constant reassurance, motivation, gym drop offs, drink bottle refills, clean gym clothes and refuelling when we need but most importantly the unconditional love! 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️❤️💜❤️💜

✨✨Senior State Trial 1 ✨✨
The weekend seen us travel to Newcastle at the purpose built Trampoline Centre of Excellence. Estelle was our only athlete at this event. Estelle placed third 🥉in the level 6 Tumbling and 8th in level 6 Double Mini Trampoline. Congratulations Estelle!
Good Luck to Estelle and Emmaline for the upcoming 2nd trial!🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

Calare Public School, Orange NSW Dec Fete was an absolute success. We had so much fun with the kids on the gymnastics circuit. Hope you all get the gymnastics bug and reach out to your local clubs to follow your interests.

✨✨Gymnastics NSW Awards✨✨
We were so excited to attend our first ever awards. We were in the running for Small Club of the Year (up to 300 members). Although we were not successful we were over the moon to be recognised and to make finalist status.
We are excited to announce that Jaylene Coughlan was awarded a volunteer recognition award. Jaylene was presented with a Gymnastics NSW award
“In Recognition of Distinguished Service to Gymnastics NSW 2025”

Congratulations Zareah Coughlan. Thank you for all that you do. Our gymnasts all look up to you knowing they are in safe hands. 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

Congratulations to our Blayney Shire Australia Day Young Citizen of the Year, Zareah Coughlan.

Zareah is a dedicated volunteer coach at ZJC Gymnastics, where she gives her time to support and mentor young athletes. She is currently completing an international coaching certification to further develop her skills and strengthen her ability to support others at higher levels.

Beyond her local club, Zareah was selected as an assistant coach on the NSW Gymnastics State Trampoline Team, accompanying athletes to national championships on the Gold Coast. This role required significant commitment, including training weekends and competitions across New South Wales, demonstrating her reliability, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond.

Zareah also volunteers with St Vincent de Paul during school holidays, showing a strong sense of compassion and community service. Through her dedication, resilience and positive leadership, Zareah consistently makes a meaningful contribution to those around her. She is an outstanding role model and a proud ambassador for the Blayney region.
