Fit 4 dance designs dancer specific program

s. Each program is tailored specifically to each dancers goals, no two programs are the same as no two dancers are the same. Fit 4 Dance not only teaches clients how to perform correct conditioning BUT also teaches the clients the correct names of the muscles, the location of the muscles and what the muscles do and how they translate into dance. Fit 4 Dance also travels to studios to design programs for studio owners and their teachers to use in class to ensure their students are getting the most out of each class.
