Since 2001, IFA Martial Arts has been providing instruction in the martial arts in the Carlton, NSW area. At IFA Martial Arts we teach Senshin Ryu This is an effective martial art based on a complete martial system. We teach how to defend attacks standing up as well as on the ground. Our self defense system is simple, effective and it works. We combine our grappling and kickboxing classes with Sen

shin Ryu Karate-jitsu to offer a complete package of mixed martial arts in one training centre

Not only do we teach the physical aspect of self defence, but we also teach the mental aspect. Educating our students on the mental thought of an attacker as well as teaching the logic behind the defensive techniques. Through our teachings, we aim to build confidence, self esteem and respect in our students no matter their age.
