Don’t let the world stop you!

Keep moving, go for a walk, do home workouts, be creative, draw, paint, bake, face time friends, play board games, DO ANYTHING that makes you happy and keeps you occupied.

This WILL pass, just KEEP GOING!

Here at CT Training & Performance, we want to assure you that we are taking every precaution to adhere to the advice of the Australian Government Department of Health.

We have completed the latest Australian Government certification in covering Infection Control for COVID-19 and we are strictly following all health and hygiene protocols.

Anyone who is feeling unwell, or showing flu-like symptoms, has travelled overseas in the last 14 days, have identified as a close contact of a COVID-19 case, we kindly ask for the health and safety of ourselves and others, please cancel/reschedule your appointment.

We are keeping our studio extremely clean and eliminating any chance of spread by deep cleaning our space, sanitising all surfaces and equipment and thoroughly washing our hands between each client.

Please bring your own water, towel and mat to your session.
If you arrive to your session and you are clearly ill, you are coughing and/or sneezing, unfortunately we will not be able to provide our services to you.

As information is being constantly updated, we will keep you informed!

We look forward to seeing you in our studio and supporting eachother during this very difficult time!
