Lac Viet Badminton Group

Lac Viet Badminton Group Open to all skill levels from ages 12 and up. Our first venue was Enfield High School which is now sadly closed. We now play the Blair Athol North B-7 School.

Our group was founded in 2005 with the aim of providing a social and casual environment for people in the Northern suburbs to play badminton and get fit. We are a not-for-profit community group with all funds raised going to help the Lac Viet Scout Group (Kilburn, 1st Regency Group). Since then, we have played at the Windsor Gardens Vocational College, Saint Gabriel's Primary School and Roma Mitchell Secondary College.

Badminton will be closed next Monday (9/12) and Tuesday (10/12) due to the school using the gym for their student graduations 👩‍🎓🧑‍🎓

A courtesy reminder to everyone attending badminton to:

- leave quietly from the school car park so as to not disturb neighbouring houses

- put any rubbish/used shuttle c***s in the bins

- to not stay too late after badminton closing times (7-9pm Mon-Thu, 7-9pm Sat and 2-4pm Sun)

Unfortunately the school has received complaints of excessive neighbourhood noise and general waste in the gym after our badminton sessions.
