The boys took the field last Saturday for the first Home Seniors game in 13 years! Not only did they secure a win against Murgon (34-18) but they demonstrated the true spirit of the Timbertowners!
The local community support was outstanding and the Club would like to thank each and every volunteer who helped out on the day, be that in the canteen, bar, gate duty or behind the scenes preparing for the day.
Another shout out to all of those who assist the boys with strapping, water, coaching and other team logistics, the boys couldn't do it without this support!
To each and every Timbertowner player who has attended training and made trips to attend games, giving up work and family time to make this team as strong as it is know the town is behind you and we cant wait to see what the rest of the season brings!
And finally to Allery who has put in countless hours behind the scenes to make the dream of wearing the Timbertowner jersey again come true, we appreciate all of your time and effort and hope you can take the boys all the way to the top this season with the whole town behind you!
