It is with a great deal of sadness that I have made the difficult decision to close Maddocks Sports

Unfortunately, the last two years have been a very difficult time for the business and me personally due to Covid-19 and personal tragedy, and despite ongoing efforts I have been left with no other option.

I wish to thank all my loyal customers and suppliers who have supported Maddocks Sports over many years.

Buy Yourself a Cricket Lifestyle for Christmas

I’ve spent the last 20 years loving talking cricket all day, every day. So, it is with great sadness that I am putting my cricket centre business up for sale.

Firstly, to all my great and frequent clients over the years, I say a huge THANK YOU. I’ll certainly miss you.

But why for sale, and why now? Following a family tragedy earlier this year, I need to focus on helping my kids through an extremely tough time of their lives. Unfortunately continuing to run Maddocks Sports will not allow me to do this.

So if you are interested in running your own business based around a sport you love and are passionate about, here’s your opportunity. And if desired I’m happy to help get you up to speed on all aspects of the business.

Due to the announcement made by the Victorian State Government at the 1pm press conference today around the introduction of a 5-day snap lockdown commencing at 11:59pm tonight (Friday 12th February) until Wednesday 17th February.

Please make sure you book for a net as we can only have a certain amount of players in at 1 time.
