Shoulder injury turned into a bench PB?

Jeremy came to me with a shoulder in pretty rough shape. Over the last few months we focused on developing strength within the safe ranges and its been working out pretty great!

chose a goal of a 60kg bench and with his hard work managed to ramp it up to 70kg by the time we planned to test it.

3 backsaults off the 45 box and landing on her feet. Not exactly an easy goal but one that was ready to tackle!

Jo has twice the confidence I do and it really goes a long way when attempting to learn these types of skills. Less stress means more time for the fun stuff!

Next step is landing it on flat ground😁.

60kg clean and jerk + 40kg sn**ch

Along with Nawin training for a marathon in December we also had a chance to tackle learning some Olympic lifting. This is his first month and we set a goal for a 100kg total (both lifts combined). Some people are just crazy good at learning 🀯.
