I DO UNDERSTAND!

Throughout my life I've dealt with self-hatred, fatigue, emotional eating, bulimia, social anxiety, depression, low self-worth, desperation, loneliness, feelings of insignificance, embarrassment, health issues, PCOS, risk of diabetes, being unmotivated, bad back, ankles, knees and hips, uneducated in food choices, etc...

My past has made me the woman I am today, no regrets. My colourful past has allowed me to offer so much more than the exercise component of personal training

Alkaline Green Smoothy

* 3/4 cup raw coconut water or filtered water
* 1/2 cup raw coconut meat
* 2 cups spinach
* 1 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
* 1/2 medium cucumber
* 1 stalk of celery
* 2 teaspoons finely grated lime zest
* lime
* 20 drops stevia (optional)
* pinch Celtic sea salt
* 1 teaspoon minced ginger (optional)
* Ice (optional)

1. Throw all of your ingredients in your Nutribullet and blast on high for 30 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy
