I am so thankful I got this maternity shoot in a couple days before Lilly was born ❀️
It was the only pregnant thing I got to do.

I absolutely loved starting to see my little bump grow and honestly my advice to any mums is I know you may be getting over being pregnant by the third trimester but every single day they are growing in your belly is a blessing ❀️

I’ve been to hell and back, fallen all the way down to rock bottom, but look at me, still standing with plenty of fight left over for the possible next time. I never stay down and proud of myself. I did that! It was all me and there’s nothing wrong with telling yourself β€˜congratulations! You have come a long way, took names, and damn, you brave, brilliant soul, keep going, your name is finally at the top of your own list.

THE HIGHS & LOWS OF LIFE!

1st photo - I was post holidays and just felt sluggish from the minimal exercise and not the best food choices and out of routine but was happy and super motivated
_
2nd photo - I was very mentally and physically unwell, struggling to overcome some things from the past, zero self care (putting everyone else first), anxiety, very little sleep, emotionally drained and just overall very unhappy
_
3rd photo - this is me now, truly happy in my own skin, learning to have a good healthy balance, more me time, not taking on everyone’s issues and staying away from people that drained my energy!
_
Life is a journey of ups and downs but I am truly thankfully for everything I have gone through because it has made me wiser, stronger and allowed me to help more people suffering with similar circumstances ❀️
Please choose to find ways to push through those hard days because the better days make it sooooo worth it! 🌻
