Hi Friends, can we help please ??!!
The Tara community in QLD was devastated by bush fires 🔥 a couple of weeks ago. Approximately 50 homes were lost entirely and families lost everything.
A mate of mine has arranged a 20 foot container for one couple that had no insurance delivered to their property yesterday but I need help with items to help these guys get back on track. We have already been donated a lot of items including a washing machine, bed and clothes.
BUT We need your help with the following:
Small fridge
Bedding to suit double bed.
Cutlery
Crockery
Pots and pans
Tupperware and the like
Garden tools
Hand tools
Power tools
Basically and quality items you No longer need and wish to repurpose.
Please bring to Muscle Hut gym by Friday mid morning and It will be collected from there and deliver to Tara.
You assistance will be much appreciated.

.80 what legend !!! What a transformation!! To come from where you have to the mate is incredible you have turned you life around from the worst possible to the most positive inspiring bloke around!!! and in the process dropping over 30 kg!! Mate so proud of what we have achieved and it’s so rewarding seeing you reap the benefits of a healthy positive life now as well as being so motivating for others around you!! Important Info....

Opening times
5am to 9pm weekdays
Sat 5 am -5 pm
Sun 6 am to 3 pm
until we get the green light to train 24/7..
please bring 2 towels And your own water bottles as bubblers are still banned.
Hand sanitizer and washing stations we have 5 throughout the gym along with lotssss of antibacterial wipes for machines.

Your temperature may also be taken on arrival, please don’t make any one feel uncomfortable about it as is protection for everyone.

Also Please do NOT come here if you have any flu like symptoms or been in contact with any positive COVID cases.. a lot of people have worked really hard to get this place open and we want it to stay open.

This New Gym is built for our member by our members and it is dedicated to Our fallen Soldiers and we will always remember them!

A Huge Thankyou to everyone who has helped us make this Happen there are way to many to thank individually..

An even bigger Thankyou to Jone and Ana Coelho and Allen who spent literally over 2 weeks straight here to get this place ready..

To anyone who helped with trades and food and just popping into see if we needed a hand. Thankyou again from the bottom of our hearts..
