A you truly passionate about changing someone’s life for the better through movement, mindfulness and mindset...?

We’re after passionate fitpros to help change the lives of young people suffering with mental health conditions and physical disabilities. This work is thoroughly rewarding and comes with its own unique challenges.

The work will be both one on one and group training. Our business is based out of O2 Performance, a world class facility based in the new Sports Hub.

We will be training you in a unique skill set which will also include regular workshops and personal development.

All work will be offered as a Personal Trainer sub contractor so you will need a cert 4 in fitness, own insurance and your own ABN is required. We also require a Blue Card and current first aid and cpr.

I love how much fun Di has with her training 😊 She has come so far and takes on board the concepts into her everyday life.

I surf but I'm not a surfer. I eat mostly vegetables but I'm not a vegetarian. I study qigong/Kung fu/tai chi but I'm not a martial artist. I meditate but I’m not a Buddhist. I have spiritual experiences but I am not spiritual. I am PTPaul but I am more than a personal trainer.

Labels can be great to classify and qualify groups and populations but we are all unique. All in a constant state of flux. As soon as you think you are a label and nothing more, you restrict the realm of infinite possibilities in your mind and stifle your creativity.

This mantra should be taken into all movement practices

The treasures of movement that help you develop personally are found in the subtleties of refining the movement and how the mind is connected to it

Here you can see just how much Matty is focusing on refining the movement as he practices
