Mon, Wed and Thursday at 5.30pm.
-Monday - Boxing
-Wednesday- weight circuit class

New Years specials for Group training and 1 on 1 Personal Training sessions:
-Group Classes - 1hr sessions for
$10 a class.
-1 on 1 personal training - $50 for 1hr session. All new SATURDAY FAMILY FUN CLASS at 8am. For this session bring your partner, children or just yourself and do a mixture of boxing and fun drills for the one price of $10!!! (2 people for the price of 1!!!)
Classes held at Maluga Passive Park, corner Woods rd and Rodd St, Birrong NSW. Please bring water, towel, jumper and any medication eg asthma puffer etc
