🚨 PARKING NOTICE – TUESDAY 9/6/26 🚨

Please be advised that the Redlands Dog Obedience Club will be holding a trial on Tuesday 9th June on the cricket pitches.

As a result, the parking area in front of the cricket nets will be reserved for the dog club. Limited parking for Muddies members will still be available on the field, with the bollard opened to allow access, along with a designated turnaround area.

We ask all members to please follow any parking directions and allow extra time when arriving at the club.

🌟 MUDDIES SPOTLIGHT 🌟

A huge congratulations to our very own Bella Hicking, who officiated as an Assistant Referee at the Super Rugby Women's match at Ballymore this weekend! 🏉👏

Bella's rugby journey began right here at Muddies, playing 7s and taking her first steps as a junior referee. Through hard work, dedication, and a genuine passion for the game, she has continued to progress through the refereeing ranks.

These days you'll find Bella on Friday nights helping our youngest Muddies aged 3–6 years discover the game, and on Sundays officiating matches across Brisbane with the QRRA.

Bella is a fantastic example of the opportunities rugby provides both on and off the field, and we couldn't be prouder to see one of our own achieving such a significant milestone.

The Redlands Rugby Union Club community is incredibly proud to congratulate Club President Mike King on being named the winner of the Game Changer Award at the Queensland Day Best of the Redlands Awards.

This award is a fitting recognition of Mike's tireless dedication, passion, and commitment to our club as our President. Whether it's supporting players, coaching teams or working behind the scenes, Mike consistently goes above and beyond to make a positive difference.

A huge thank you to everyone in the Muddies family who took the time to vote and support Mike. Your support helped make this achievement possible.

⚠️ Training Update – Lighting Issue

There is currently an electrical fault with one of the light towers that Council has been unable to repair today.

Training will still go ahead tonight, however it will be impacted as we will only have one light tower in operation.

This issue is unfortunately outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for players aged +13 years and coaches of all levels to gain insights from one of the game’s most respected players. Keven will share his knowledge, experience, and practical coaching techniques to help develop skills, improve team performance, and inspire players.
