I’m currently not offering any boxing classes due to lack of interest, but do feel free to get in touch if you’d like to see these come back 🥊

Also, we have our new location for our Birdwood classes 😍

Oh and no Wednesday class for the rest of this term. Zoom classes will restart next term.

Change of venue for our Birdwood classes for the rest of this term and the first week of next term.

As you may (or may not) be aware the beautiful Birdwood Institute is having some repair work done and hence will be unavailable to the public for a couple of months.

We are very fortunate to have found a space in Birdwood so that classes can continue during this time.

Join me at the Birdwood Netball & Tennis clubrooms for our sessions. Just drive around the footy oval and you’ll see the clubrooms by the courts 💖

Mondays
11:45-12:30 Happy Dance $15

12:45-2:15 Dru Yoga $25

Thursdays
9:30-11 Dru Yoga $25.
